1. Order processing

• Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or official holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Estimated delivery after dispatch

• Cairo and Giza: 1–2 business days.
• Alexandria and other major cities: 2–3 business days.
• Other governorates: 2–4 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the courier, weather, public holidays or incomplete address details.

3. Shipping fees and payment

• The exact shipping fee is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
• Free standard shipping is currently available on eligible orders over EGP 1,000; checkout determines final eligibility.
• Available payment methods, including cash on delivery where supported, are shown at checkout.

4. Tracking

After dispatch, tracking or delivery updates may be sent by SMS or WhatsApp when available.

5. Refrigerated products

Cold brew and other refrigerated items must be refrigerated immediately after delivery. Availability and delivery coverage for refrigerated products may vary by area; contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

6. Address changes and delivery issues

Please verify your phone number and full address before confirming the order. Contact us as soon as possible if the address needs to be changed, if an order is delayed, or if an item arrives damaged.
