Return Eligibility
- You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be *unopened, unused, and in their original packaging*, unless they arrived defective.

Return Process

2. Once approved, return the item via mail at your expense (unless the item is defective).
3. Upon receipt, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping, if applicable) within 2 business days via your original payment method.

Exchanges
Available upon request and subject to product availability.

Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you.
